This is a great question, in general the best hairstyle is also dependent on your hair texture, personality, the rest of the facial features, so it's difficult to say based on face shape alone. That said, with oval, majority of hairstyles should be fine, with oblong, you'd want to have some volume to balance out the length of your face. If it's a mix, a longer hairstyle with some volume should work fine.
